Extra Curricular Music Activities

Musicals

Students 4th-8th grade audition to be a part of the spring musical! We rehearse one day week after school and during lunch and recess in January/February. The show hits the stage in March and is always a highlight of the school year.
Students also are on the Crew, working behind the scenes, running the microphones and lights, and making our production a success!

Concerts

Band Program

We celebrate Grandparents Day in September and a Christmas Concert in December with all grades.

Our Spring Sing in May is for our 
​PreKindergarten-3rd Grade students.

Students in grades 4 - 8 can participate in our
Band Program. We have two bands, a begginer band and Lancer Band for more experinced students. 

​Students particiapte in a Christmas Concert and end of the year concert.

Forensics

Vocal Voices

Students in grades 5-8 can join Forensics. Forensics is a competitive speech team.  Forensics students choose from a variety of speech and drama events to prepare for performances & competitions. Events include persuasive and informative speaking, improv, individual and duet acting, storytelling, and debate activities. 

Students in grades 4-8 can join our after school choir. We practice singing in harmony on student selected songs  and have 2 performances a year plus the Catholic Choir Festival in Chicago.
