Registration & Tuition

The 2024-25 school year registration is now closed.
Registration fee for currently enrolled students
Registration: $175 non-refundable fee per child  on or BEFORE  May 1, 2024
Late Registration: $250 non-refundable fee per child  AFTER  May 1, 2024 

Registration fee for new students
$200 non-refundable registration fee per child for all new students
All new students have a $25 application fee

​Curriculum & technology fees for ALL students
Grades PS-5: $35 / child
Grades 6-8: $85 / child

*Family Obligations for Parishioner Rate:  To qualify for the parishioner rate, a family must be registered parishioners at St. Mary in DeKalb, Christ the Teacher in DeKalb, or a neighboring parish that does not provide Catholic school education active parishioners by attending weekly Mass and financially contributing to their church.

Before & Aftercare Program

Student drop off starts at 7:30 a.m. and pick up starts at 2:20 p.m. If your child needs extended care,
​St. Mary School offers on-campus before care starting at 7:00 a.m. and aftercare until 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday during the school year.  We use an outside company Children's Choice Aftercare. Students get homework assistance and participate in fun crafts and activities each day. ​There is an additional cost for these services.

Volunteer Requirements & Fundraising Participation Agreement

Volunteer Requirements 
St. Mary School requires each family to volunteer for a minimum of 8 hours each school year.  This requirement is very easy to accomplish with all the activities, sports, and events that the school supports each year.  If the 8 hours are not completed, then your TADS account will be charged $25.00 for every hour not worked.

You can opt out of volunteering by pre-paying a $200 fee during registration. 

Fundraising Participation Agreement
The St. Mary 365 Day Raffle is the only mandatory fundraiser for all families. Each family is required to sell THIRTY (30) raffle tickets at $15.00 each during the school year.  The cost of any tickets not sold by the family is added to the cost of tuition.
