Fundraising is a crucial part of the success we have at St. Mary School. These events help keep tuition low, pay for additional academic courses like music, physical education, and S.T.E.M., help fund school field trips, support extracurricular activities like sports and clubs and purchase updated equipment for teachers and students. ​

Laps for Lancers Walk-a-thon

​Laps for Lancers is our school walk-a-thon. This takes place during school hours and is a healthy and educational fundraising alternative that promotes positive character qualities, healthy habits, and teamwork, all while supporting our school! We kick off each school year with this fun event.

  • 2021 Fit-a-Thon: over $20,000
  • 2022 Color Run: over $25,000 
  • ​2023 Bubble Run: over $28,000

Lancer Legacy

Annually, we host an adult-only event at our school.  With the support of the community, St. Mary School and Church families, and friends we're able to raise money that is a critical for us to close the tuition gap and allows us to offer a high-quality academic curriculum to all students from preschool through 8th grade.

365 Day Raffle

All families are required to participate in the 365 Day Raffle by selling raffle tickets each year. This is our only mandatory fundraiser. We raise over $50,000 each year!

​If a family sells more than the required amount of raffle tickets, half of those ticket sales go towards the family's tuition account.

We do a drawing each day & your ticket is put back in so the purchased ticket has 365 chances to win! 

More information will be sent home to school families in February.
Lancer Links Golf Outing
Golfers of all skill levels are welcome to enjoy a day filled with fun, friendly competition, awesome prizes, and plenty of food and drink.

This event is held at River Heights Golf Course. All registrations include: green fees and cart, bratwurst and hot dog lunch, catered dinner, 2 drink tickets, and 1 raffle basket ticket (chance to win raffle prizes).

We also have sponosorship opportunities during this event!

Home and School and
​Family Events

Our home and school committee has various fundraisers and events throughout the year like laundry soap, meat fundraisers, plants, family bingo and more activities to keep you engaged and having fun while raising money for our school. These fundraisers also help support school field trips.
Spirit Wear - ALL YEAR
We partner with S.O.A.S. locally in DeKalb to create our spirit wear designs.
You can shop online anytime. ​Orders close at the end of each month and take about 2 weeks to deliver.
